Ordering & Shipping

Ordering from PMCKART is easy and secure. Simply browse our online catalog and add the desired items to your cart. When you’re ready, go to Checkout where you’ll enter your shipping and payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX cards, and our checkout process is encrypted for security. (We do not currently support PayPal or other online wallets)

Phone or Email Orders: Prefer to order by phone or email or have a question before purchasing? No problem.

Your Order is Charged: Upon submitting an online order, we capture the entire charge. If there on items on back order, you can opt to wait or receive a refund.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you should receive an email confirmation with your order details. Tip: If you don’t see an order confirmation email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder (our emails sometimes land there by mistake). If you still don’t find it, contact us to confirm that your order went through.

Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping notification email with tracking information (see the next question for shipping options and tracking details). Overall, we strive to make the ordering process as smooth as possible – whether online or by phone – and we’re here to help if you encounter any issues during checkout.

We primarily ship via UPS for orders within the United States, which ensures reliable delivery and package tracking. During checkout, you’ll see available shipping methods (such as UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, etc.) along with estimated costs. Here’s what to expect:

  • Processing Time: In-stock orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. We ask that you allow up to 7 days for ground orders to be processed (especially during peak seasons) This means from the time you place your order, it can take a few days for us to pick, pack, and hand it off to UPS. We often get orders out faster, but we state up to 7 days in case of high order volume. If you need items to ship on the same day as ordered, we can try to accommodate, but it is a good idea for you to follow up your online order with a call or email to verify.
  • Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping service selected and your location. UPS Ground is typically 1–5 business days in transit. Expedited options like 2nd Day Air will arrive quicker (2 business days transit) for an extra charge. Keep in mind processing time in addition to transit time when estimating arrival.
  • Tracking: We will email you a UPS tracking number as soon as your package ships. This allows you to track the shipment status on UPS’s website. If you have a PMCKART customer account, you can also log in to view order status and tracking info there. Tracking typically becomes active by the evening of the day it ships.
  • Shipping Rates: Our website pulls real-time UPS shipping rates based on the weight and dimensions of your order. If we’re able to find a lower rate or more efficient shipping method after you place the order we’ll automatically apply it and refund you the difference. We always try to minimize shipping costs for our customers. (Note: Very large items may require special freight arrangements – we’ll communicate with you directly in those cases.) If you feel our shipping rates quoted online are an error, please feel free to call and we can verify or discuss other shipping options.

Important: We currently only ship within the USA, its territories, and to APO/FPO military addresses. See the next question for options if you’re outside the U.S. Overall, you can expect your order in about 1 to 2 weeks from ordering, barring any backorders (often much sooner). If you need something by a specific deadline (for a race weekend, for example), we recommend ordering as early as possible or using an expedited shipping method and mentioning the deadline to us. We’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests.

PMCKART ships orders only within the United States (including U.S. territories and military APO/FPO addresses). We do not directly ship to other countries. However, we do have a couple of solutions for international customers, especially our neighbors in Canada:

  • Canadian Customers: If you’re in Canada, you have a few options. We have authorized Slack Canadian dealers. For example, RCM Racing Equipment (Hamilton, ON) and Kart Works Canada (Lasalle, ON) are two dealers where you can purchase our parts locally. They can often order any specific PMCKART item you need if they don’t have it in stock. Alternatively, some Canadian customers choose to ship orders to a U.S. address near the border (e.g. a package forwarding service or a friend across the line) and then arrange pickup or cross-border shipping from there. This can be a cost-effective way to get our parts into Canada.
  • Other International Destinations: Unless you can ship to a USA address and arrange freight overseas, we do not sell internationally.
  • We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our limited shipping range. Expanding our international shipping capabilities is something we continually evaluate. If you have further questions, please contact us – we’ll do our best to find a workable solution.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, our policy is as follows:

  • Returns: You may return unused, uninstalled parts in their original condition for a refund (or exchange) within a reasonable time frame. Simply send the items back to us at our address below and include a copy of your receipt or a note with your order number so we can process it. Once we receive the parts and verify they are unused and in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and your credit card will be refunded for the product price only.
  • Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong part and need to swap it for a different one, the fastest method is to place a new order for the correct item and then return the incorrect item for a refund. However, we can also process direct exchanges. In that case, we will charge your card for the replacement part when we ship it out and then refund the charge once we receive your original part back. This way you get the new item quickly and we settle the difference afterward.
  • Return Shipping & Restocking: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure they arrive. Pack the items well – parts that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fee (since we can no longer sell them as new). As long as you pack securely to prevent scratches or damage, this shouldn’t be an issue.
  • Return Address: All returns should be sent to: Performance Manufacturing Corp, 80 Telegraph Rd, Middleport, NY 14105, USA. Please include your order details inside the package. If you’re exchanging, you can also call us to let us know to expect the return and what replacement you need.

If a part arrives damaged from shipping or if we made an error with your order, contact us immediately and we will make it right. We may provide a return shipping label in such cases or otherwise rectify the issue at no cost to you. Our goal is to ensure you get the correct quality parts you need for your kart.

We do our best to keep all items in stock, but occasionally a product may be temporarily out of stock or on backorder. Here’s how we handle backorders at PMCKART:

  • Automatic Backorders: If you order an item that is out of stock, our system will typically allow the order to go through and automatically place the item on backorder for you. This means we’ve recorded your order and will ship that item as soon as it becomes available again, in the order that backorders were received. If you decide you no longer want the backordered item(s), contact us via email and we will refund your credit card for the backordered item(s).
  • Partial Shipments: If your order contains other in-stock items, we will usually ship those right away, and the backordered item will follow in a later shipment. You’ll get a packing slip indicating which items are backordered.
  • Communication: Our team will reach out to you (usually via email or phone) to inform you of the backorder status and provide an ETA if available. If the expected restock time is unusually long or uncertain, we’ll give you the option to cancel the backordered item for a full refund if you prefer not to wait.
  • Cancelling Backorders: If you decide you no longer want the backordered item, you can call or email us to cancel it at any time before it ships. We understand needs can change, or you might find the part elsewhere. Just let us know, and we’ll remove it from your order. There’s no penalty for canceling a backorder that hasn’t shipped.

We strive to avoid backorders, but when they do occur, rest assured we manage them as transparently as possible. You’re also welcome to contact us for stock status before placing an order if a part is time- sensitive for you – we can check our inventory and give you an honest estimate if something is running low or awaiting a delivery from our manufacturer. Your patience is appreciated when an item is backordered, and we’ll keep you updated until you have it in hand.

Products & Compatibility

PMCKART.com is a one-stop shop for virtually every part needed to build, upgrade, or repair a racing kart. We carry thousands of products – chassis components, engine/drivetrain parts, body and hardware items, tires, tools, and more. Here’s a quick overview of our product range:

We pride ourselves on being one of the largest suppliers of racing go-kart parts in the United States. Whether you need a small part like an axle key or a major item like a chassis, you’ll find quality components on PMCKART.com.

In most cases, yes! Many of our parts are designed to meet industry-standard sizes and will work with a wide variety of kart chassis brands and engine types. For example, our sprockets, hubs, wheels, and other hardware use common measurements so they can fit many chassis. Engine components like clutches and motor mounts are compatible with common kart engines (such as Briggs & Stratton LO206, Clone engines, and other 4-cycle classes) – we indicate specific fitment details on each product page. If you’re unsure about compatibility, feel free to reach out with details of your kart. We’re happy to advise if a part will fit your specific chassis or engine combo.

Chassis Fitment: If you own a Slack chassis (e.g. Elevate, Pursuit, Xpect, etc.), you can directly use our Slack OEM parts. But even if you run a different chassis brand, you’ll find that items like seats, and steering components often have universal mounting patterns. We note any chassis specific parts in the product description. For instance, some Slack chassis components are unique to Slack karts, while others (like gears or tires) are universally applicable.

Engine & Clutch Compatibility: Our clutches (e.g. the Velocity series & Hilliard clutches) are made for standard engine shafts and chain sizes (#35 chain is typical in racing karting). This means you can use them on most ¾" shaft kart engines. We provide the clutch’s intended chain size and suggested engine type in the description. Always match the clutch type to your engine class and horsepower.

If you’re unsure about compatibility, feel free to reach out with details of your kart. We’re happy to advise if a part will fit your specific chassis or engine combo. You can also refer to our online resources (like chassis setup guides or the gear ratio chart) for guidance on selecting the right components. Rest assured that PMCKART parts are built to integrate with most standard racing karts – from local club karts to national championship builds.

The Velocity Clutch is our premier high-performance racing kart clutch line, engineered by Performance Manufacturing for exceptional durability and performance. This clutch is a popular choice for kart racers who demand consistent power delivery. Here are some key points about the Velocity Clutch:

  • Design & Features: The Velocity clutch is a disc clutch available in two configurations – a 2-disc/2-prong model and a 2-disc/4-prong model – referring to the driver basket style. It’s built with precision components, including six springs and two discs, to handle the rigors of racing. The 4-prong version, for example, uses a four-tabbed basket for our Performance Precision drivers, offering smooth engagement and easy maintenance.
  • Adjustable Engagement: One big advantage of the Velocity Clutch is the ability to fine-tune its engagement RPM. We offer different color-coded spring combinations, and a digital spring height setting gage that correspond to various engagement speeds. This means you can set the clutch to engage at the optimal RPM for your engine and track conditions.
  • Compatibility: The Velocity Clutch fits on standard 3/4″ crankshafts used in common kart engines (Briggs LO206, Clone, Animal, etc.). It’s an ideal clutch for dirt ovals where reliable acceleration is critical. We also carry replacement parts and accessories, like driver gears (10T–20T sprockets), drums, and rebuild kits for the Velocity series so you can keep your clutch in top condition.
  • Why Choose Velocity Clutch: If you’re looking for a competitive edge in the clutch department, the Velocity Clutch offers smooth performance and ease of use. Drivers appreciate its heat-dissipating design (to prevent fade), consistent engagement throughout long races, and the convenient maintenance – swapping driver gears or springs is straightforward. It’s built to last and has become a go-to choice for racers at all levels.

In summary, the Velocity Clutch is an excellent choice for racers who want a robust, tunable clutch. If you race in classes like LO206, Predator, or clone classes on dirt or asphalt, the Velocity Clutch can help optimize your power delivery. Be sure to check out our Velocity Clutch product category for the different models and driver gear options available to suit your needs.

Technical Support & Services

Absolutely! We pride ourselves not only on our high-quality parts but also on the support we provide to racers. Our team has decades of karting experience, and we’re here to help you get the most out of our products. Here’s how we support our customers:

  • Phone and Email Support: If you have any questions about installing a part, tuning your chassis, or troubleshooting an issue, you can contact us via phone or email for free technical support. Our knowledgeable staff can walk you through the proper installation of a component (for example, setting up a brake system or adjusting your clutch) and provide tips on chassis setup. We understand that racing karts can be complex, and we’re happy to share the best practices we’ve learned over the years.
  • Expert Advice: Many of our employees are current or former racers themselves. So when you reach out, you’re often speaking with someone who has hands-on experience with the same part or setup question you have. We can advise on things like seat placement, axle stiffness choices, clutch tuning, tire prep techniques – you name it. Think of us as part of your racing team: we want to ensure you have a safe and fast kart on track.
  • Problem Resolution: If something isn’t working as expected with a product (e.g., you’re encountering a fitting issue or a performance issue), let us know. We’ll troubleshoot it with you. In the rare case of a defective part, please call us to discuss whether it was a manufacturing issue. Often it’s just a matter of adjustment or setup that we can help you sort out. Don’t hesitate to reach out – we stand behind our products and want to make sure they’re performing for you.
  • Availability: You can call us during our business hours (Mon–Thurs 8:30am–5pm, Fri 8:30am–3:30pm Eastern Time) for immediate help. If it’s after hours or race weekend, shoot us an email; we often respond as soon as we can, even off-hours. We know races don’t always happen 9–5 on weekdays, so we try to be as available as possible when you need help.

In summary, yes – we’re here for technical support. Whether you need guidance with a full kart setup or a quick question about a part, feel free to contact us. Helping customers succeed on the track is a core part of our mission.

We provide a variety of free resources and guides on our website to help you with setup and installation. On our Downloads page (under the “Downloads” menu on the site), you’ll find a treasure trove of information, including:

  • Chassis Setup Guides: We publish detailed setup guides for our Slack chassis models (Axiom, Elevate, Pursuit, Reactor, SP-series, Xpect, etc.). These guides cover recommended baseline settings – from frame heights and caster/camber angles to seat mounting and weight distribution. They’re great for getting your kart dialed in or troubleshooting handling issues.
  • Product Instruction Manuals: Have a new component to install? Check if we have an instruction sheet available. For example, we offer a Velocity Clutch Instruction manual to assemble, disassemble, and tune our Velocity clutches. We also have manuals for our Junior pedal kits, camber/toe gauge, heel rests, and other accessories. These illustrated guides walk you through installation step by step with photos or diagrams.
  • Tire Prep FAQ and Guides: Tire tuning is critical in karting, so we’ve provided a Tire Prep FAQ section where we answer common questions about using tire prep chemicals, prepping strategies for different track conditions, and how to properly care for your tires. Alongside that, we have downloadable guides on how to use our Liquid Speed™ tire treatment and tips for cutting or resurfacing tires (if you utilize our tire cutting services or do it yourself).
  • Gear Ratio Chart: To make gearing decisions easier, we offer a handy Gear Ratio Chart. It helps you calculate the final drive ratio given different sprocket tooth counts for #35 chain, so you can quickly figure out the right gearing for a specific track. This is especially useful if you’re trying to hit a target RPM at the end of the straight – just match your engine sprocket and axle sprocket to the chart.

All these resources are available 24/7 on our site for your convenience. They’re free to download or view, and we update them whenever we have new product releases or chassis updates (for example, when the new Elevate chassis was introduced, we added an updated setup guide for it). If you need a guide that you can’t find, or if you have additional setup questions after reading them, remember you can also reach out to us directly. We’re committed to providing kart setup help both through these self-help materials and through one-on-one support.

Yes – custom manufacturing is a big part of what we do! In fact, Performance Manufacturing Corp (PMCKART) started as a precision machine shop, and we continue to offer full custom fabrication and machining services to customers. If you have a unique part you need made or an idea to improve your kart, we can likely help bring it to life. Here’s an overview of our custom manufacturing services:

  • CNC Machining & Fabrication: We operate a state-of-the-art machine shop with CNC milling machines, CNC lathes (turning centers with live tooling), welding equipment, and more which means we can manufacture components from raw materials to very precise specifications. Whether it’s a one-off bracket, a modified hub, or any billet aluminum part, our team can design and cut it to your specs. We work with various metals (aluminum, steel, etc.) and can handle complex geometries thanks to our CAD/CAM capabilities.
  • Custom Design Assistance: Not only can we produce parts, but we can also assist in designing them. Our engineers use CAD and SolidWorks to model custom parts and ensure they’ll perform as intended. You can come to us with a rough idea or a problem you’re trying to solve (for example, “I need a special motor mount for an unusual engine” or “Can you make a stronger steering knuckle for my kart?”), and we’ll help develop a solution. We’ve helped customers design innovative components for their specific needs – from bespoke chassis components to specialized engine adaptors.
  • Wider Industry Experience: Our custom manufacturing isn’t limited to karting. We actually produce parts for a variety of industries – including medical devices and stereo equipment – which means we have a broad range of manufacturing experience and quality control. This cross-industry expertise often benefits our racing customers: we bring high-precision standards and creativity from other fields into our kart part fabrication. ‘If you can imagine it, we can plan it and create it’ is basically our motto.
  • How to Request Custom Work: If you’re interested in a custom part, the best way to proceed is to contact us with details. Provide any sketches, dimensions, or requirements you have. We’ll discuss feasibility, materials, and cost with you. There may be a one-time setup or design fee depending on complexity, and then either a single part or a batch can be produced. Turnaround time will vary by project. We handle everything in-house at our New York facility, which keeps quality high and lead times reasonable. For more information, you can also check out our Custom Manufacturing page which highlights our capabilities.

In summary, yes, we offer custom manufacturing services – ranging from minor modifications of existing parts to completely new product development. This is a unique aspect of PMCKART that not all kart shops offer. So if you need something custom, you don’t have to look for a separate machine shop; you can work with the team that already understands karting applications. We love helping fellow racers solve problems with tailor-made solutions.

Yes, we do! Tire preparation can be a game-changer in kart racing, and PMCKART offers professional tire services in-house to help you get the best performance from your rubber. Our Tire & Wheel Prep Services include:

  • Tire Cutting: We offer a tire cutting service where we grind or cut using a lathe to remove rubber, depending on brand and compound, from new tires to shape them, making the tire race ready. Once the tires are cut they are then sanded and ready to hit the track.
  • Tire Mounting: Don’t have the tools or time to mount tires on wheels? We can do that for you. Send us your tires (or purchase tires from us and send your wheels), and we’ll professionally mount them. Proper mounting ensures the tire bead is seated evenly. Our Tire Mounting service is affordable and saves you the hassle of wrestling with stiff kart tires by hand.
  • Tire Refinishing: We use abrasives to gently sand the tire’s surface, removing glaze and restoring bite. If you have a set of tires that have been run and gotten hard or shiny on the surface, our Tire Refinishing service can rejuvenate them. It’s like giving the tire a second life – we’ll grind off a small layer to reveal softer compound underneath, often improving lap times on a tire you might otherwise throw out.
  • How to use these services: You can order these services through our website just like a product – for example, add “Tire Cutting” to your cart (quantity = number of tires to cut We’ll then coordinate with you on sending in your tires. Turnaround is typically quick (we know you need them for race day!). If you’re local, you can drop off and pick up tires at our shop to save shipping. We take care to label and keep each customer’s tires separate and organized through the process. After service, the tires will be returned to you with the work done, ready to hit the track.

  • In addition to services, we also offer tire prep products (like our Liquid Speed tire treatment and washes in various formulas) if you prefer to do prep work yourself. And as mentioned in our Guides section, we have an FAQ on tire prep techniques to help you make the most of your tires. Whether you have us do the work or you do it yourself, PMCKART is here to ensure your tires are race-ready. Good tires win races, and we’re committed to providing you the tools and services to get that competitive edge.

In-Store & Custom Services

Yes, you can! We operate out of a full facility in western New York, and customers are welcome to visit us. Our Performance Manufacturing Corp. headquarters is located at 80 Telegraph Road, Middleport, NY 14105. If you’re local (or passing through the area), you can stop by to purchase parts directly or pick up an order to save on shipping. Here are a few notes for in-person visits:

  • Store Hours: Our shop is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30am – 5:00pm EST, and Friday from 8:30am – 3:30pm EST. We are closed on Sundays, and Saturdays are by appointment only. If you plan to come on a Saturday or outside normal hours, please call ahead to arrange an appointment. We’re pretty flexible in accommodating racers who might be traveling in at an odd time, especially during race season.
  • In-Store Shopping: While we don’t have a standard retail area, you’ll find when you arrive that we have a helpful staff that can assist you with a to-go order. If you have a will-call order (an order placed ahead for pickup), let us know and we’ll have it ready. Otherwise, feel free to shop on the spot – our staff can help you find the parts you need. We accept the same payment methods in person as online (credit cards, cash).
  • Local Pickup for Online Orders: If you live nearby, you can absolutely place an order online and choose an option to pick it up at our shop (just give us a call or add a note on the order, since our website might not have a dedicated “local pickup” button). We’ll prepare your order and notify you when it’s ready. When picking up, you won’t be charged any shipping fees. This is a great way to ensure the items you need are set aside for you, and then you can swing by at your convenience to collect them without waiting.
  • On-Site Expertise: One perk of visiting in person is that you can get some face-to-face advice. If you’re unsure about a part or want guidance (say, you’re looking at a new chassis and want to discuss setup, or you have a worn part in hand and need a replacement), our team can take a look and assist right on the spot. Sometimes seeing the kart or part in person makes it easier for us to help you. We love when customers stop in – it gives us a chance to chat racing and ensure you’re leaving with exactly what you need.

If you’re traveling from a distance, you might want to call ahead (716-735-3500) just to double check we have the specific items you need in stock, and to let us know you’re coming. Middleport, NY is not far from Buffalo/Niagara Falls area, so if you’re in the region for a race or other business, consider dropping by. We’d be happy to show you around our manufacturing floor as well (schedule permitting) so you can see where Slack chassis and parts are made. Visiting PMCKART in person is definitely encouraged for our local customers – come on in!

The Slack chassis line (manufactured by PMCKART/Performance Mfg.) is renowned in the karting world, and we want to ensure you get the full support when purchasing a chassis. Slack kart chassis are sold through our authorized dealer network across the country. These dealers are experienced kart shops and individuals who can help you with selecting the right Slack model, setting it up, and providing local support. Here’s how to buy a Slack chassis:

  • Find a Dealer: We maintain a list of Slack Chassis Dealers on our website, complete with contact info. We have dealers throughout many states. Our dealer page is updated regularly as we add new dealers.
  • Why Buy Through Dealers: Our dealers are not just sales points – they are knowledgeable about Slack chassis assembly and tuning. When you buy through a dealer, you can often arrange to have the chassis assembled or set up to your preferences. Dealers can also offer valuable setup advice for your local tracks (many of them are racers themselves). Additionally, buying through a local dealer can save on shipping costs; they may have chassis in stock or included in their bulk orders. We partner with dealers to ensure you have a point of contact nearby for any follow-up needs, be it spare parts or troubleshooting.
  • Direct Purchases: If you do not have a dealer in your region, you can purchase a Slack chassis directly from us at PMCKART, and we will ship it to you. We typically ship chassis in special packaging to protect them, and freight shipping might be used. It’s best to call us to arrange a direct purchase so we can discuss the details (model, size, colors, options like seat size or brake package, etc.). The Slack chassis model currently available is Elevate chassis (our 2025 model). Of course, we still stock parts for the Pursuit, Xpect, Axiom, and the Reactor, as well as the SP-series chassis.
  • Chassis Pricing: Pricing can be found on our website, with all the upgrade options available. Pricing for Slack chassis starts around $3,100 for a standard roller. Exact pricing can vary based on options. Your dealer can also give you the current price and any promotions available.

In summary, to purchase a Slack chassis, your best bet is to go through an authorized Slack dealer. They’ll ensure you get the right model and support. If a dealer isn’t accessible, contact PMCKART directly and we’ll work with you to get a chassis headed your way. Once you have your Slack chassis, don’t forget we have setup guides and plenty of parts to keep it running at peak performance!

We’re always excited to partner with new dealers who are passionate about karting! If you’re interested in becoming an authorized dealer for Performance Manufacturing Corp. (PMCKART) – whether to sell Slack chassis, Velocity clutches, or our full line of kart components – the process is straightforward:

  • Dealer Inquiry: Start by reaching out to us through our Become A Dealer form on our website or by contacting us via phone/email. On the Become a Dealer page, you’ll find a Performance/Slack Dealer Information Request Form. Fill out that form with your business information, location, and some details about your involvement in karting (e.g., are you currently a kart shop, an engine builder, a track side vendor, etc.). This helps us understand your background and market.
  • Requirements: We have one-time buy in minimum requirements. Please reach out to us via email or phone for current buy-in levels. Becoming a dealer for Performance parts, does not always include the Slack Chassis. The Slack Chassis has geographic exclusivity (see below). Generally, to become a dealer for either, you should also have an existing business or presence in the karting industry (or motorsports industry). We typically look for dealers who can actively promote and support our product line – that means you might have a retail shop, an online store, or a presence at local tracks. There may be minimum order quantities or initial stocking orders required to qualify for dealer pricing. We will discuss these details with you individually. Don’t let the size of your business deter you – even smaller operations can be considered if you’re in an area that needs a dealer and you have the enthusiasm to represent our brand.
  • Dealer Pricing and Support: Once approved as a dealer, you’ll receive access to dealer pricing (wholesale discounts) on our products, so you can resell them at a margin. We provide our dealers with support materials like catalogs, signage, and technical info. Dealers also get insights on new product launches (for instance, you’d be among the first to know about a new chassis model or component we’re releasing). Our goal is to build a partnership – your success in selling our products is our success as well. We may refer customers in your region directly to you for sales and support.
  • Geographic Exclusivity: In some cases, we grant territory exclusivity to dealers, especially for Slack chassis sales, to avoid overlap. This means if you become a Slack chassis dealer in a certain area, you’ll be the go-to source for customers there. We’ll coordinate with you regarding any nearby dealers and ensure everyone has a fair territory or specialization. As our dealer, you’ll also be listed on our Slack Chassis Dealers page, so customers know they can contact you.

We truly value our network of dealers – they are an extension of the PMCKART family. If you share our passion for high-quality kart parts and excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you. Becoming a dealer allows you to bring top-tier racing kart chassis parts and expertise to your local karting community, with the backing of our manufacturing and engineering experience. Feel free to call us to discuss any questions about the dealer program. We look forward to potentially partnering with you!
